Cubic planter from the »Palatino« series; NORA in Corten steel; its cube shape makes a geometric statement. The use of high-quality Corten steel makes the "Palatino" planter a unique eye-catcher in your garden, thanks to its rusted appearance, and one that you can enjoy for years to come. What many don't know is that Corten steel, with its original, trendy look, guarantees long-lasting enjoyment because it is virtually indestructible. Once the surface rust has formed, it almost completely resists further corrosion. Production takes place on modern CNC machines with optimal dimensional accuracy. No comparison to cheap imports from the Far East. We are committed to our German production site and handle all manufacturing in-house. That's our quality promise! All our classic raised beds and planters can be permanently arranged using the Connect rail system. This means there are no limits to the arrangement as a linear wall extension, in partitions or corner environments!! Technical data • Dimensions of plant pot / raised bed (L x W x H): 40, 50, 60 or 70 cm • 2-part removable base made of galvanized steel • Material: Corten steel, 1 mm • Delivered as a kit via parcel service or freight forwarder • Assembly instructions and information on treating the inner surface Our "Palatino" planter can also be supplied in custom sizes beyond the standard dimensions mentioned. Just ask us! Optionally available with a substructure with casters or adjustable feet for sizes 60x60 cm and larger. Delivery condition: mill finish The weatherproof structural steel is processed in its mill-finished state. Therefore, in its normal delivery condition, the elements are mill-finished and either not rusted or only slightly rusted. Patina development During the production and processing of the raw steel sheets, no patina has yet formed on the surface. This only develops through natural weathering. The formation of the visually appealing surface begins after 2-3 weeks and is only complete after 1.5 to 3 years. The alternation between wet and dry weather is crucial for the formation of the protective layer. If there are surface areas that are not exposed to this weathering, the vibrant, elegant rust patina will not develop there. The climbing aid for our URBAN raised bed – now also available to allow the NORA planter to grow vertically. ---------------------------- Palatino Climb&Cover 50 – Climbing aid set for your Palatino planters! Our Nora planter from the PALATINO series, made from high-quality Corten steel, combines minimalist design with natural robustness. The cubic shape (50 x 50 x 50 cm) offers versatile uses, whether for ornamental plants, herbs, or shrubs. With the included trellis – a sturdy, 113 cm high structure made of the same elegant steel – you create a vertical growth element that ideally supports climbing plants and becomes an aesthetic highlight itself. The characteristic rust patina of the Corten steel develops over time, giving each Nora planter a unique, vibrant look that transforms your garden or patio into a stylish, natural setting. At the same time, the climbing aid offers the possibility of easily fixing a quickly placed foil using magnets, thus protecting your beloved delicate plants. We currently offer the climbing aid system in the 50x50 cm format, suitable for the Nora planter 50x50/50 cm. The corner brackets cannot be installed during a retrofit; they are therefore reserved for use when assembling new buckets. We are offering this set for the first time for use on the Palatino planter series; its manufacturing quality matches that of the trellis for the URBAN raised bed. -------------------------------------- Technical specifications : the climbing aid consists of > Material: 2 mm Corten steel ("weathering steel"), delivered mill finish - patina develops gradually > 4 corner brackets (outer corners) > 4 supports made of angle steel, continuous perforation (length 1132 mm, 36x36 mm) > 6 crossbeams made of angle steel, length 500 mm (34x34 mm) > 4 reinforcement angles analogous to the Carlotta series (1 mm Corten steel) > all necessary screws and nuts Delivered as a kit for self-assembly; the holes for mounting the brackets must be drilled by the customer ! optional > SET made of steel cable, outer diameter 3 mm, plastic coating, length 25 m, with 10 cable clamps The use of high-quality Corten steel makes the planters and climbing aids from the Palatino series, with their rust look, an evergreen in your garden, helping you to enjoy the success of your vertical garden dreams.
